I’ve had them for a few years now, but recently they’ve been a little worse with the stress of a harder school year and my parent’s divorce.. It starts with a huge wave of nausea, and then shaking, feeling light headed and feeling hot.. I’ve tried to calm myself with breathing, but it just causes me to hyperventilate. I’ve tried to just lie down, but it doesn’t do any good. I’ve tried all these tips, but it just doesn’t seem to help.. Any suggestions? What works for you?.
