Recommended Panic Cures

This is What You Should Be Feeling: Freedom and Happiness

Panic Attacks are terrifying experiences. It is said that they are actually the most terrifying experiences that anyone can go through. I can remember my first panic attack; it was the worst feeling ever to this day, left me devastated and confused, and took quite a while to recover from. I didn’t know anything about Panic Attacks at the time, and I thought I was having a heart attack and that something was really really wrong. It came back again and again, and my doctor didn’t really help me much. It was only after quite some time that I was offered the opportunity to try a panic cure. That panic cure was recommended by a friend of mine who had gone through the same, and ended up changing my life forever!

If you have experienced any panic attacks before, and are experiencing anxiety, which causes them to happen, then I can highly recommend you look into using the same treatment that I used on myself, as it worked perfectly well and shows results in very little time because it uses a revolutionary technique. (see more below)

The symptoms of anxiety disorders and panic attacks should be tracked and worked on with a self-help program that has the following characteristics:

It Should Know You
The treatment should be given by someone who’s been in your place before

Should be Natural
All the work is done on an interior, behavioral and psychological level

Shouldn’t Include Drugs
Non herbal remedies only tend to harm your body and brain and can make things worse in the long run.

Should be Effective and Safe
You need to hear success stories from other people to feel confident about it’s effectiveness before you waste thousands on programs that don’t work

Must Have a Guarantee
Psychiatrists cost you thousands and don’t offer guarantees if it doesn’t work. Your chosen program should offer you a money back guarantee.

Must be Easily Accessible
Should be available at hand every time you need it

Must be Easily Applicable
Without recurring to machines and technology that you don’t have access to

After looking at all these points, you should immediately begin to exclude some of the panic cures that you were previously interested in trying. If the programs that you are left with have all those characteristics, then stick to those and choose the one that fits you best. The program that I was recommended and worked miracles for me, and which I am now recommending to you, is the “Panic Away” Program.

Finding Help that Suits Your Needs

Each person has different manifestations and causes for Panic Attacks and Anxiety Disorders, but however, the methods to treat them are all pretty much the same. The “Panic Away” Program however, explains everything you need to know about your problem, and teaches you the best methods and techniques to treat your panic attacks and anxiety. The revolutionary unexpected and patented “21-7 Technique™ “ is just so amazing that it reduces your panic attacks to nothing in only 21 seconds, and reduces your anxiety level in 7 minutes, hence 21-7. I referred to it as being “unexpected” because it tackles a very important aspect of desensitizing panic that no one else has ever mentioned before, and is so miraculous it’s hard to believe in until you try it.

It is just such an amazing program that if you practice it daily, you can be completely free from the agonizing fear in 6 weeks; at least that’s how long it took me to get rid of it completely. Get the Program Here Now with a 60 day Full Money Back Guarantee.

This program is interactive: it has books and high quality videos, well worth every penny you pay for.

Note: You can try some of the FREE advice in the program by subscribing to the Free Mini-Series. They also help a lot, and give you a little taste on what you can find in the program.

The Anxiety Diet

Studies have shown that some foods can make you feel calm whilst others can act as stimulants. Paying close attention to what you eat can play a major role in making you feel a whole lot better. Though a diet cannot cure anxiety, having a balanced diet and avoiding certain foods may help you to improve your mood and consequently make you feel a whole lot better.
Eating properly can also help you maintain a balanced energy level throughout the entire day, leveling out the peaks in anxiety and panic.
It is equally important that you eat frequently, but in small portions. This will help you distribute your resources better throughout the day.

The following anxiety diet is the one that I used and still use to this day as it reflects the healthy and varied diet that you should have if you want to keep anxiety away.

Foods and Drinks You Should Consume

Drink a lot of water. Drinking a lot of water will help keep your body hydrated. Slight dehydration can make you feel uneasy. Doctors recommend you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Though it may be a little boring to do in the beginning, you’ll get used to it

Eat food that contains Tryptophan and makes you happy. Serotonin and anxiety have a close relationship, so make sure you eat food that have a decent level of tryptophan (which produces the serotonin). These include poultry, dairy products and milk, nuts and seeds. Turkey and milk will surely help you out.

Increase Carbohydrates (starches). Carbohydrates also increase the production of serotonin in the brain, which causes that calming effect. Eat foods rich in complex carbohydrates such as whole wheat bread, and eat less processed carbohydrates such as white bread.
Also avoid sugar, sweets and other processed sources. Processed carbohydrates might provide energy on the short run, but may be followed by an insulin rush, which drops the level of sugar in the bloodstream, causing fatigue. Process foods include junk food like hot dogs, sausages and pies.

Eat food with Protein. Protein will help stimulate the production of Norepinephrine and Dopamine, brain chemicals which similar to serotonin, are neurotransmitters and carry impulses between nerve cells. Protein sources include, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, beans and soy. High levels of protein help build muscle tissue during physical activity and improve levels of mental energy during anxiety.

Eat food with Omega-3. Omega-3 can be found in fatty fish such as salmon, sardines, tuna, mackerel and anchovies. Omega-3 can also contribute to your happiness by mood enhancement. You may also take an Omega-3 supplement to compliment anxiety treatment, as it improves the performance of antidepressants and anxiety treatments.

Foods and Drinks You MUST Avoid

Avoid or Reduce Caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant and acts opposite to relaxation. It amplifies anxiety and makes you become nervous and jumpy, and may even interfere with your sleep. Though quitting for the time being is ideal, if you just love coffe then drink decaf or reduce the amount, period. Caffeine is contained in Coffee, Colas and Energy Drinks.

Avoid or Reduce Alcohol. Even though alcohol may seem calming to most people, after it circulates throughout the body, it can cause anxiety like symptoms. You probably know of people who turned to alcohol in desperate situations, but I bet you know none who stated that alcohol helped successfully.

Stop drugs. By drugs, I mean anything that is not prescribed to you by your doctor. If you smoke tobacco, weed and other substances, it is highly advisable for you to stop immediately. Similar to alcohol, they may seem to calm you down, but only cause further health problems and may amplify the symptoms of panic and anxiety.

Avoid Sweets. Similar to processed foods, the sugar contained in sweets, fizzy drinks and other goodies only wear you down after some time. They may provide as a high energy source, but the insulin rush that follows just takes it all away, leaving you more tired than before.

Use the Anxiety Diet with a Treatment Program

Whilst changes in your diet may make some difference in your level of anxiety, you will also need guidance and apply the techniques in the “Panic Away” Program. It is also advisable to do physical activity at least 3 times a week. An anxiety diet can only be effective if you use all 3 combined together, or else you will see little or no results. I know this because I suffered from anxiety disorder for over 2 years, and I am now completely free from anxiety cycles.

Herbal Remedies for Anxiety

Herbal anxiety remedies should be on the top of the list for anyone who is seeking a natural way to cure anxiety and control panic attacks and phobias. Herbal anxiety remedies can be found in most herbal shops, but the two main questions that many people ask about herbal anxiety remedies are: do they work? And which ones Work?

I ended my anxiety disorder about two years ago, with huge help from some of these anxiety remedies, which I state here. If you suffer from general anxiety or anxiety disorders and panic attacks, then you should use natural ways as a means to end it, through the use of herbal anxiety remedies and not through chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Natural remedies contain herbal extracts that are in harmony with your body, and do not harm it, demonstrating their ability to support the normal function of the body, brain and nervous system, to maintain a healthy equilibrium.

One thing that you should keep in mind all the time is that Anxiety is an emotion caused internally. Treating it with chemicals may force harmony back into your life, but does severe damage to your body and nervous system. So without further ado, here are the correct herbal anxiety remedies and natural tips that you can use to treat your anxiety. I’d know. I’ve been there before.

Herbs Used in Anxiety Remedies

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a herb or dietary supplement with sedative effects, and best known as a natural remedy for insomnia. It is generally prepared from the roots of the plant, which go through a trituration and dehydration process in order to prepare the extract.

Passion Flower (Passionflora, Passionflora Incarnata) is actually the purple flower from the passion fruit plant. Many species contain beta-carboline harmana alkaloids (strong antidepressant), which acts upon the central nervous system and to calm it down.

St. John’s Wort (Hipericum Perforatum) is a widely known herbal treatment for depression and anxiety. Possibly the most popular one of all, St. John’s Wort is prescribed to patients with mild and major depressive and anxiety disorder as it has similar efficiency to standard antidepressants.

Note that herbal anxiety remedies shouldn’t be taken with many medications, especially with those that work on the central nervous system.
You may also want to use herbal anxiety remedies in conjunction with the self-help program “Panic Away”, where you can only benefit fully and get well established on the path to a full recovery.

What is a Panic Attack?

A Panic Attack is generally the result of an anxiety disorder and comes without previous warning signs and quite unexpectedly. It strikes as a short period of intense fear, triggering unexpected and apparently uncontrollable body sensations, adrenaline discharges and triggering negative false mental pictures about the entire situation.
Although the duration is short and the fear is generally non consistent, the feeling and perception of danger is extremely real, causing the person having the attack to feel as if they’re about to pass out or die.

When one reads this panic attack definition, you realize that it isn’t such a bad thing after all, and can eventually be controlled.

The duration of a panic attack may be different from subject to subject, but varies between 10 minutes and 2 hours, and generally reaches it’s peak within 30 minutes, generally preceded by high levels of anxiety and limited symptom attacks, and subsided during the course of several hours.
Fully recovering from a Panic Attack is extremely difficult especially in the case of anyone experiencing one for the first time, as it leaves behind a very intense and frightening memory about the experience, which is later recalled every time anxiety levels are high. A panic attack generally takes days to recover from.

Once a person has a panic attack, they may tend to develop fear for the situation where they first had the attack. For example, if a panic attack happens in a small space with no apparent exit, you may develop a phobia for that certain situation and try to avoid similar situations at every cost.

Over time, if a person keeps avoiding these situations and avoids engaging in activities where they suspect they may have a panic attack, they may develop a panic disorder, which debilitates them; disabling them to perform many daily tasks such as driving, and even leaving the house. This disorder is called agoraphobia, which is an addition to panic disorder.

(Agoraphobia: fear of being outside or otherwise being in a situation from which one either cannot escape or from which escaping would be difficult or humiliating)

Although it may seem as if a Panic Attack is a serious health problem, it is in fact the body’s way of protecting itself against harm.
It is the result of a situation where the body feels as if it is in danger, and releases Adrenaline into the bloodstream causing a fight-flight situation and where the body prepares itself for intense physical activity. The physical symptoms caused by this, makes the subject think and believe that there is something wrong with the body, as they include increase of heart rate, hyperventilation (rapid breath) interpreted as lack of breath. Because the physical activity expected never occurs, the adrenaline charged blood flows slower to the brain, causing a variety of other symptoms such as numbness, dizziness and numbness throughout the body, causing even greater concern to the victim.

It is important to have a view of how a panic attack can condition your entire life, apart from reading only about panic attack definitions.

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a psychological and psychophysical state made up by emotional and behavioral characteristics, which affect the biochemical balance of the body. It is a result of stress, be it emotional, physical or psychological, which creates feelings of worry, uneasiness, fear and other preoccupations.
Anxiety is present in every person’s lives, as it is the system that helps focus and resolve a certain situation. However, when Anxiety levels become too high, it may become anxiety disorder, which may then lead to other problems related to anxiety, and panic attacks.

Anxiety is a condition, which is not necessarily generated by any certain event, but by certain circumstances generated by that event, which differs Anxiety from Fear. For example, anxiety may become a problem in the case of prolonged unemployment, which lead to other circumstances in a long run, and not directly by the situation of being fired.
Anxiety may also be beneficial as a tool to help foresee any problems that may arise in the future and help to resolve them.

Anxiety does has physical reactions and symptoms associated to it. These generally include weakness, fatigue, tension, nausea, heart palpitations, chest pain, shallow breathing, headaches and stomachaches. Besides the physical effects associated to Anxiety, it also has emotional effects; some of them very strong. These emotional effects include: difficulty in concentration, pessimistic anticipation of future events, feeling tense, high levels of irritability, restlessness, feeling great apprehension, constant vigilance for danger, trapped mind cycles, obsessions about bad feelings and health problems, and seeing the world as a negative place.
It is important to recognize that there is a difference between Anxiety and an Anxiety Disorder, where the second relates to a psychiatric diagnosis. The difference can be compared to people who do feel anxious (anxiety), to people who feel general anxiety on a consistent basis.
Anxiety Disorders can lead to other fears and phobias, such as social phobias or social anxiety disorders, where social phobia treatment or social anxiety help will be necessary.

Anxiety Diagnosis

It is very difficult to diagnose an anxiety disorder, as there are no exact medical tests and exams, which can do this. When examined, a patient will be evaluated depending on anxiety panic disorders symptoms, physical and psychological.

You may also have your medical history, diet and current circumstances examined too as they also play quite an important role in diagnosing the disorder. However, psychological factors and current status will play a major part in diagnosing the anxiety level. Diets will probably also be corrected to new anxiety diet regimes.

Anxiety Treatment

There have been many discussions as to the best way to treat Anxiety and Anxiety Disorders, however, seeing that most are based on psychological due to past or current circumstances, it is quite easy to treat by following an effective self-regimen according to your specific case. An example of a self-regimen is “Panic Away”, for an effective Panic Cure, which eliminates panic attacks and anxiety.

Though, in any case of Anxiety Disorder, it is advisable to speak to your doctor before you begin any sort of self-treatment.

Know What Social Anxiety is…

Before I present to you, some social anxiety help, let’s first take a look at what social anxiety is.

Social Anxiety is basically Anxiety applied to social situations and interaction with other people. What makes Social Anxiety different from the normal circumstances of everyday Social life, is that Social Anxiety is triggered by feelings of fear and of disempowering situations such as those situations which you are unfamiliar with and where you are being, or going to be watched or evaluated by others.
This is one of the most common Anxiety Disorders and also the third most common mental disorder in the USA, generally showing up more in women between 15 and 37 years of age, however affecting a large percent of men too. Social Anxiety is also known to go unnoticed for many, until confronted with certain situations, which are new, and require social interaction.

Social Anxiety help may be easier for some than for others depending on the situation they are in, as there are some that are easier to cope with than others, and depending if the problem is associated to anxiety disorders and other emotional factors. In most cases though, social anxiety help is based on the same principals and psychological principles and can be easily aided and resolved with self-help and the technique I demonstrate below.
Sometimes when simple advice doesn’t work, it may be because the social anxiety has developed into a social phobia or social anxiety disorder. You will know if it applies to you because Social Phobia is a chronic and disabling problem that can reduce your quality of living. In some cases social phobia has even lead to people quitting their jobs just because of a high level of social interaction. If this is not your case, then let’s stick to the social anxiety help.

Social Anxiety Help Tips

Social anxiety help that really worked for me was the one, which taught me to how to guide my thoughts through a more rational direction when faced with anxiety, and to take a completely different approach and reaction towards the situation.
You see, most help would just make up a bunch of lies and hogwash such as imagining stupid things and stupid situations that are completely ridiculous and can worsten the situation.

First of all, good help will teach you to stop avoiding situations that cause anxiety in the first place causing desensitization or “controlled exposure” to the situation. What happens here is that the desensitization actually puts you in a control position over the situation.

Let’s take a look at my example. I preferred death over public speaking, and this also applies to meetings and gatherings with more than 2 people.
All the junk on the internet tells you to imagine the people in your public as donkeys or jellyfish, and to breathe deeply, and think happy thoughts. All of it is wrong, as it only increases anxiety levels, and I used to suffer from anxiety disorder.
The real help came when I applied the techniques in the “Panic Away” Program, which consist on allowing the situation to happen, and actually participate in it and lead the entire situation before it takes you down.
The program teaches you how to stay in command of your mind and of the entire situation, and how you can prepare yourself for the social events in your life, how to deal with anxiety for good, and how to immediately stop any panic attacks caused by social anxiety, without the use of medications. All you will ever need to overcome your Anxiety is in the program.

The best social anxiety help can only be found in this self-help program, which actually explains in detail what you should be doing and thinking, before, during and after attempting any social interaction when you are a victim of social anxiety.

I hope this little bit of social anxiety help was useful to you, if you would like to know more about the techniques that you can use, or the “Panic Away” Program, you can contact me: info (at) mypaniccure.com or just leave your comment below. I’d love to hear from you!

Anxiety Disorder is a term, which applies to the presence of various symptoms of anxiety and fear related to anxiety. Emotions present in an anxiety disorder can go from nervousness to terror, and requires treatment either medical or through guided self-help.

Anxiety Disorder

Anxiety disorder is generally a common chronic disorder also known as Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and is best described as a long-lasting anxiety which is not focused on one particular situation. People with anxiety disorder generally tend to manifest preoccupation and become overly concerned with daily matters that have little or no meaning to common people.

Though the fear and emotions are very real, sometimes the reasons that cause the anxiety can be easily eliminated by correction if the thoughts that cause anxiety, and through other small daily techniques that can help relax and gradually eliminate anxiety disorder.
General Anxiety is generally diagnosed as such when the problem persists for a period of more than 6 months, however, it is advisable to seek help or self-guidance during that period, as anxiety is an emotion which can be reduced without medication of any sort. If not treated, can lead to a depressive state raising the levels of anxiety and causing panic.

Panic Disorder

A Panic and Anxiety Disorder is diagnosed when panic attacks happen related to anxiety disorder. A panic disorder requires that those panic attacks have chronic consequences such as a high level of preoccupation related to the attacks, significant behavior related to the attacks such as change in certain routines and lifestyle and persistent fear of future attacks. Furthermore, people who suffer from panic disorder also suffer from some of the symptoms outside panic attacks, which raise the level of anxiety. It is very common for people suffering from panic and anxiety disorder to notice changes in the normal body functions such as an increase in heartbeat, which may lead to misinterpretations, to think that something is wrong with their heart, and that they are going to have a panic attack.

Panic and Anxiety Disorder Treatment

Panic Disorder can be treated by working on the panic and anxiety disorder together.
The most effective treatment consists primarily of lifestyle changes, which includes psychological treatment and behavioral changes.
Generally, the panic and anxiety disorder can be treated within 8 weeks of following a self-guided program, but in severe cases it is advisable for people suffering from panic and anxiety disorder to see a doctor before initiating any self guided treatment.

What is Serotonin?

Serotonin is a biochemical neurotransmitter, a type of chemical that helps relay signals from one area of the brain to another. Although serotonin manufactured in the brain, where it performs it’s primary functions, most of the supply can be found in our central nervous system, gastrointestinal tract and platelets.

Serotonin is believed to influence a wide variety of psychological functions and other body functions seeing that most of our brain cells are influenced by serotonin. Some of the outcomes include general mood, sleep, learning capabilities and memory, sexual desire and function, and social behavior.

It is mostly known as “the hormone of happiness” (despite not being a hormone), for being a high contributor to the feelings of well-being.

Serotonin and Anxiety

Researchers have discovered that serotonin and anxiety are a major cause of depression. The imbalance in serotonin levels (serotonin deficiency) may influence mood in such a way, which causes depression. Other possible problems may include low production of serotonin, serotonin deficiency, inability for receptor sites to receive serotonin or a shortage of tryptophan; chemical from which serotonin is produced.

Researchers have also discovered that there is a direct relation between serotonin and anxiety, and that serotonin deficiency can also lead to panic attacks, anger rages and anxiety disorders.

Serotonin and Anxiety Diet

An anxiety diet cannot directly supply serotonin to the body. It can however increase the levels of tryptophan, the amino acid from which serotonin is produced.

Tryptophan can be found in natural sources such as protein-rich foods. This includes beef, liver, meat and chicken, fish, soya protein, brown rice, peanuts and nuts, pumpkin, sesame seeds, lentils, dairy products such as cheese and milk. That is why a glass of warm milk before bed is the ideal solution for a good night sleep.

It is also important to balance the intake with the Vitamin B6 sources (meat, whole grain products, vegetables and nuts) as it is the Vitamin B6 that influences the rate at which tryptophan is converted to serotonin.

Exercise, Serotonin and Anxiety

It has not yet been proved that exercise can raise the levels of serotonin in your body, but however, it has been proved that it is a great contribution to change your mood. Regular exercise is as effective as, and is the equivalent to treatment for depression, antidepressant medication or psychotherapy.

Best Tip to End Anxiety

My best tip to help you end your Anxiety for good, and which helped for me, is to combine a serotonin and anxiety diet with exercise and self-help.

I used to suffer from anxiety disorder, and almost daily panic attacks, and ever since I began a regime of healthy dieting, 40 minutes of exercise 3 times a week and guided help from the “Panic Away” Program, my anxiety levels dropped almost instantly, and were completely eliminated 5 weeks later.

It’s not hard to eliminate anxiety for good by using these serotonin and anxiety tips. Though I really do advise you to use the “Panic Away” Program as it is the only one I found effective, and better than doctors and psychologists. The program is really good because you can refer to the support materials every time you need to, take them with you anywhere, and end your anxiety for once and for all.

Get the panic away program now, and start applying these tips.

Technique Use: To Calm Anxiety and Social Anxiety by Questioning your Thoughts

Questioning thoughts provided (and still provides) excellent help for me because it simply takes away the power of anxiety and cancels out any imminent panic attacks.

We all know that general anxiety and panic attacks persist because of the thoughts we constantly keep in our mind, making them so real when most of the time they’re all just false.
In 2010 I came across a book called “Happy for no Reason” by Marci Shimoff and Carol Kline, where I learned all about the next technique. The original technique is in “The Work” authored by Byron Katie.

People who suffer from general anxiety and panic attacks have negative thoughts that contribute to anxiety. It’s a self-feeding cycle:
“I’m going to have an attack if I go there”
“I’m making a fool of myself”
“I’m a boring person to be with”
“I’m going to mess everything up”

Questioning your thoughts is something that I found to be extremely effective in reducing the symptoms of anxiety and social anxiety disorder and it is done by training your mind to question every negative thought when it arrives, or when you keep dwelling upon it. All it basically consists of is evaluating how true the thought is, and then invalidating it by disapproving of it’s veracity

Fortunately, we now know that our mind tells us lies and frequently tries to block out any positive thoughts during a panic attack, and creates a feeling of truth over persistent thoughts.

Here’s What You Can Do:
Identify the automated negative thought that is on your mind.

Example 1:
For example if you have the feeling that “If I leave the house, something terrible is going to happen to me”.

The first step is to question yourself:
How true is this?
“Very true, I can even feel the fear now”
Be true and honest in your answer

The second step is to analyze the situation and effects from a logical and ration point of view. Ask yourself:
How do I know that this is absolutely true?
“Only because I can feel it”
Take the power away from your belief. Make it small.

What would happen if I didn’t believe in this?
“I’d go outside to my friends house”
Give your response a positive meaning.

The third step is to Turn your initial response around and think about what your life would be if you didn’t have that thought. To secure the positive response, think of three examples that support your opposite reply. You can even look around you.

Example 2:
Let’s take a look at another example:
“Everyone is looking at me because I look stupid”

How true is this?
“So true, I just know it”

How do I know that this is absolutely true?
“I can see them staring at me through the corner of my eye”

Turn around your response
“Through the corner of my eye I cannot have a clear view of this truth”. So you look around see the people walking past and you listen to the conversations of the people around you. They are talking about random stuff, and don’t even notice you are there. And you also notice that it’s a really beautiful day and smile.

It is important that you don’t use “but” or “maybe” as that is mental procrastination. If you want to get the thoughts out, then you’ll have to work on evaluating the truth in them so that you really feel the positive truth about those thoughts.

If you don’t get a positive outcome by doing this, then start over with another underlying thought until you reach the current one again. Remember, one thought leads to the other.
Through this logical evaluation of your negative thoughts, you can gradually replace them with more realistic and positive ways of looking at social situations that trigger your anxiety.

New Pathways
When you learn to question your thoughts, you should also keep up the positive work and feel the truth. Creating these new beliefs will create new neurological paths that will reduce your tendency to persist on negative thoughts. It will cause your feelings to change, and annihilate your primitive alarm system, and set you free from a miserable life.

Another great way to keep in the high is to register your positive moments with more intensity. When you see or experience something great, then take at least 30 seconds to think about how positive that situation is to you taking easy long breaths and absorbing it all in. You can even bring out those positive thoughts during this exercise to override your negativity and worry.

Take a look at the anxiety and panic cure guide that I recommend you use. Is is truly transformational and has worked wonders for me.
